Michigan BLET Local S/T’s:
Michigan State Legislative Board will exempt from payment of Legislative Dues any BLET member who becomes adversely affected by the latest UTU Letter of Intent.
Resolution:
“Should any BLET Member subject to a Michigan State Legislative Board dues obligation be required, during any month, to pay a Seniority Maintenance fee or similar assessment to the UTU as a consequence of working in Train Service, that Member will not be required to pay the Michigan State Legislative Board the regular monthly legislative assessment for that month.”
