Welcome to the BLE&T Michigan State Legislative Board Home Page. The members of the board will be pleased to have you visit this site often to obtain information that is critical to Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen performing their duties in the State of Michigan.

This site will also present issues that are national in scope.

It is important for ALL BLE&T members to be active in their Local Division as well as correspond with the National Division and General Committee that represents you.

To this end the members of the Michigan State Legislative Board encourage you to communicate with them through Division Meetings, telephone, postal service or by e-mail.

Mission

The state legislative board represents the BLE&T membership in Michigan in all matters of safety, health, sanitation and political education. We will protect and further the interests of our Brothers and Sisters in all matters of legislation and regulations enacted by the US Congress and the State Legislature of Michigan.
